Hayes Elementary School Parent Teacher Conferences


Parent Teacher Conferences are coming in March.
Scheduling your child’s conference is quick and easy when you schedule it online.


Conferences will be offered on the following days:

  • Wednesday, March 6 – 4:00 pm-8:00 pm
  • Tuesday, March 12 – 4:00 pm–8:00 pm
  • Thursday, March 14 – 4:00 pm–6:00 pm

To schedule your preferred time for a parent-teacher conference:

  1. Go to www.myconferencetime.com/hayes/
  2. Click on your child’s grade and teacher.
  3. Select the desired date/time for your conference by clicking on “Sign Up.”
  4. Submit the requested information.

If you have more than one child at Hayes, click on “Register for Multiple Conferences” and follow the prompts to schedule all of your children’s conferences. This will allow you to compare the teacher’s schedules so you can coordinate your children’s conference times.

If you are unable to sign up for a time and date online, please call the school office at 763-502-5202 and Julie will assist you with scheduling your conference.

Fridley High School (FHS) hosted the 61st Scholastic Achievement Banquet on May 16, 2019, celebrating the hard work and achievement of the class of 2019. The banquet, sponsored by the Fridley Lions Club, is held annually to honor FHS students who have earned high achievements.

Congratulations to FHS juniors Yangchen Namgyal and Asanti Ahmed who earned the Harvard Prize Book Award and Yale Book Award, respectively. Both Yangchen and Asanti were chosen because they are the top-ranked students in the FHS junior class.

Fridley Public Schools May 2019 Employee of the Month is Ronalie "Ronnie" Solz! Ronnie works as a media clerk at Hayes Elementary School.

Congratulations to Coach Jim MacDonald who will officially be inducted into the Minnesota Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame! Honorees are individuals who have made significant lifetime contributions to coaching basketball.
