Parent Child Classes

Parent and Child classes are designed for parents and children to have fun together while they are learning. Children learn social skills as well as other school readiness skills that are appropriate for their age. Parents meet with a licensed parent educator to discuss issues relevant to parenting young children. Moms and Dads, grandparents and caregivers can participate and are invited to attend.

Classes are offered during the fall and spring semesters. Fees are charged according to a sliding fee schedule based on household income.

For more information or to receive a newsletter, please call 763-502-5143.

We offer the following classes:

Non-separating classes:

Parents and children stay together during the entire class.

Separating classes:

During the first part of the class, parents and children participate in activities together.
During the second part of the class, the children will enjoy learning and playing with other children under the supervision of our Early Childhood Teacher while parents participate in a parent education group.
