The Fridley Public School District is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Hot meals are available to all kids age 18 and younger at no cost.
The 2016 Fridley Fine Arts Festival, showcasing the amazingly talented award winning Fridley Public Schools student artists, will be held on May 7 from 7 pm.
Dr. Robert Smith, principal of Fridley Area Learning Center (ALC), will retire at the end of the 2015-2016 school year. Smith has served as the ALC principal for the past 10 years.
Congratulations to Fridley High School art students for their outstanding performance at the sections 4AA and 5AA of the MSHSL Art Competition.
Fridley High School's Robotics Team placed 2nd out of 64 teams in the nation at the 2016 Minnesota FIRST Lake Superior tournament held in Duluth on March 2-5, 2016.
Fridley Public Schools has received StormReady certification from the National Weather Service, becoming one of only three school districts in the state to achieve this status.
