Tim Buttweiler named June 2017 Employee of the Month
Posted 06/21/2017 02:29PM

Tim Buttweiler, district custodian, is Fridley Public Schools’ June 2017 Employee of the Month. From day one, Mr. Buttweiler has brought a positive attitude and maturity to the job. He started as a custodian, was quickly promoted to a lead position and then went on to his current district custodian position. With his positive work attitude, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask at a high level, Tim sets a positive example for all employees at Fridley Public Schools.

Tim demonstrates the International Baccalaureate (IB) learner profile attributes not because he has studied them, but because this is the way he has chosen to approach his life as an employee. He has used these principles from the day he started working for the district. He has excellent people skills, is honest, gets the big picture and is not afraid of working on the smallest detail.
